“The box arrived broken and was strung round with sellotape and the battery missing questioned the delivery man.I took pictures of the box and sent an email of the pictures straight away to your Company and I was very pleased with your quick response. I was emailed back and asked if the charger was in the box it was, the only missing item was the battery. I was then emailed and told a new battery would be sent to me in the next 48 hours, and it was. I Love the leaf blower, and was very impressed with your prompt service. Thank you Mrs Waters.”

“Dewalt Saw. Out of stock at my regular shopping sites. Found item in stock at this store. Easy to order on website. Price was ok, paid a few quid more for next day delivery. Ordered Saturday received Email Sunday Item will be delivered Tuesday. Received Text Tuesday morning from DHL with time slot for delivery. Received item in time slot. So all Excellent and I will use Buyaparcel again.”

“The replacement filter did not fit even though I made sure the model number I purchase is an exact match of the filter system i had earlier purchased from Buyaparcel. I have sent Buyaparcel several emails and they are not responding to my mails.”
