“Not impressed. Item advert description was ambiguous. I didn’t get what I thought I was was getting. Buy a parcel made it virtually impossible to return. Ended up with an overpriced item. Wish I’d gone elsewhere. Won’t be using again.”

“Prices were good but the delivery was hopeless, supposed to provide tracking info which did not happen then want an additional fee for resending the radiators, ended up getting a full refund but wasted 4 days because of their poor delivery system.”

“The second time in 18mths I've had to buy a replacement engine for this aqualisa model so not sure if a regular fault but this time it sparked and tripped the fuse so a new one was required. Ordered first thing in the morning as the address and tenant of a rental wanted a shower available and paid extra for express next day delivery. Unfortunately, it did arrive the next day but the courier used delivered after 7 pm so not a lot of use to fit the next day as I had hoped for the tenant. that said it was done the day after so slight delay .”
