Hi Katarzyna, it seems from tracking your order that DHL had been holding the parcel, unbeknown to us because of an address issue. Looking at it further, we are indeed missing a house name or number. “Not impressed. Item advert description was ambiguous. I didn’t get what I thought I was was getting. Buy a parcel made it virtually impossible to return. Ended up with an overpriced item. Wish I’d gone elsewhere. Won’t be using again.”
