“Prices were good but the delivery was hopeless, supposed to provide tracking info which did not happen then want an additional fee for resending the radiators, ended up getting a full refund but wasted 4 days because of their poor delivery system.”

“The second time in 18mths I've had to buy a replacement engine for this aqualisa model so not sure if a regular fault but this time it sparked and tripped the fuse so a new one was required. Ordered first thing in the morning as the address and tenant of a rental wanted a shower available and paid extra for express next day delivery. Unfortunately, it did arrive the next day but the courier used delivered after 7 pm so not a lot of use to fit the next day as I had hoped for the tenant. that said it was done the day after so slight delay .”

“my parcel was not delivered and we had to sign a form to say we had not received it before we could continue and actually get what we had ordered and paid for, the next time it was delivered and thankfully in time for the birthday date as it was a present. it was excellent sturdy and classy looking my friend loved it”

“Excellent service even though the Dewalt chainsaw was faulty. Easy to talk to over phone to discuss problems. Speedy delivery and a fuss free pickup of faulty unit. Only took a couple of days and the refund was back in my account. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks 🙏”
