“Never used buy a parcel before so but said I’ll go be it a go and it was a good choice parcel came within a few days we’ll package was a fair price so all in all can’t go wrong will be ordering again form here”

“The product arrived and is excellent. My first and only experience of Buyaparcel was not great. I ordered in time for and paid the additional fee for next day delivery. My parcel eventually arrived after a couple of days and despite sending several emails to buyaparcel (their phone lines are understandably closed due to Covid-19) I never received a single response or reply whatsoever once the sale had been made. I am prepared to accept that the current situation means things are disrupted currently, but online retailers need to at least communicate with customers when there are issues to provide feedback on purchases.”

“The prices are reasonable, but the customer service and delivery is appalling!! I have been waiting over a week for an item I purchased, one that they are still showing in stock, but do you think I can get anyone to tell me when it will be dispatched? I sent three emails last week, chasing my purchase, and when they finally mailed me back on Friday afternoon, I was told your item will arrive shortly. I queried when shortly was and have received no response. I then emailed and asked for a managers email address so I can put in a complaint, but have yet to receive a response. That says it all. Just another company using the pandemic as an excuse for diabolical service.”

“Wednesday Morning 9am my faithful Cordless Drive/Driver failed , Always promised myself that I would replace it with a Makita. One hour later I had convinced myself of exactly the correct tool for the job. No local supplier had the Brushless model I wanted so I tried online. Sure there were many suppliers who had the item advertised , however those with the cheapest price also had no stock , those with stock had huge prices or didn't deliver . Fortunately I came across Buy a Parcel , not the cheapest , but the cheapest had no stock so may as well have been FREE. The price was attractive and the item in stock. I had resigned myself to the fact that no work on the job I was doing would be possible until after the weekend -- WRONG Order put in 10.30am on Wednesday , dispatched by Buy a Parcel 2.30pm that day and delivered superbly well packaged to my door in Scotland around 3pm on Friday of that week. A quick charge of one of the two batteries and I was up and running again. Buy a Parcel will definitely the first place I'll check in the future. Fuss Free , Speedy Delivery and a decent price you just can't buy that ............ well apparentely you can”
