The product arrived and is excellent. My first and only experience of Buyaparcel was not great. I ordered in time for and paid the additional fee for next day delivery. My parcel eventually arrived after a couple of days and despite sending several emails to buyaparcel (their phone lines are understandably closed due to Covid-19) I never received a single response or reply whatsoever once the sale had been made. I am prepared to accept that the current situation means things are disrupted currently, but online retailers need to at least communicate with customers when there are issues to provide feedback on purchases.
