“I ordered DeWalt impact driver (DCF887)on Thursday 22nd October 2020 before 3pm. According to the website, if I order before 3pm I will be able get it by next day but unfortunately I got the delivery on Monday 26 October that was very disappointing and caused delays in my work on the weekend. Secondly battery inside the box is not same as mentioned on the case. Very Disappointing and will not use this website again. Thanks”

I have looked into the order you placed directly on our website, and can see you did not select the Next Day delivery option from the list shown on the checkout page and pay the £2.99 postage, so because of this your order was shipped on the free standard delivery service which is between 2-3 working days for delivery. Orders are only shipped on the Next Weekday Delivery Service if you select that option at checkout by clicking in the circle next the delivery service you want.
