“Never heard of this company before so was a little dubious, but took a risk after researching reviews. Option to deliver quickly was paid but not massively expensive, and it did arrive quickly. Really well packaged too. Great product and no issues. Bag is sturdy and great to store the kit in. Haven't needed to deal with customer services at all so can't comment on what they are like.”

“I have never had anything negative to say about buyaparcel as their product range/availability and delivery has always been high quality. This time however the regular courier had been changed to a company I have had issues with before. Their performance again left areas for improvement. The only reason I knew the courrier had made the drop was I could hear him shouting down his telephone whilst abandoning the parcel 0n my doorstep without even a knock on the door. When J opened the door to collect it fell into my hallway as it was just leant against the door. Fortuneately it fell that way as otherwise it would have been at the bottom of the 4 steps leading to my door and on the path below. I have raised my concerns with the courier but have recieved no response. I appologise if this is not the forum for my complaint but do hope you renew your use of DHL as preferred courier instead of the one used for this delivery.”
