“I ordered a drywall cutter with macpac case. Order arrived the next day! with the wrong inlet tray for my tool so I emailed and got a rapid response and the correct tray was dispatched straight away. Very good customer service.”

“I have never had anything negative to say about buyaparcel as their product range/availability and delivery has always been high quality. This time however the regular courier had been changed to a company I have had issues with before. Their performance again left areas for improvement. The only reason I knew the courrier had made the drop was I could hear him shouting down his telephone whilst abandoning the parcel 0n my doorstep without even a knock on the door. When J opened the door to collect it fell into my hallway as it was just leant against the door. Fortuneately it fell that way as otherwise it would have been at the bottom of the 4 steps leading to my door and on the path below. I have raised my concerns with the courier but have recieved no response. I appologise if this is not the forum for my complaint but do hope you renew your use of DHL as preferred courier instead of the one used for this delivery.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase from Buy A Parcel. It was the best price for the AF506 I had seen. Delivery was quicker than I expected. Only downside was the parcel was left out in the pouring rain and packaging was dissolved literally. Luckily it came in it's own hard case.”

“Well happy with my tool bundle but the free magnetic drill bit they added worth about 5 pounds was bust when received. After spending over £800 it was abit of a kick in the teeth but other then that all was well.”

“i BOUGHT WHAT WAS ENTITLED A SOLAR BROWN WICKER RABBIT EXCEPT THAT IT WASN'T ACUALLY SOLAR POWERED - tHE PACKET WAS DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION AND THE ITEM WAS ATTRACTIVE BUT JUST MISREPRESENTED ON THE WEBSITE AS TO WHAT IT ACTUALLY WAS. THE PERSON I GIFTED THIS TO DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTERIOR PLUG SOCKET SO FAIRLY DISAPPOINTING”
