Service was good and the price was competitive - however when the water-softener hoses were delivered I found that they were not all metal construction as per the picture on the website - but had plastic end pieces. This was exactly the part that failed on a previous set, however, I had to fit these inferior hoses due to time constraints on this job. I'll be VERY careful about using them next time
