“First time I've shopped with Buy A Parcel because they were the cheapest on Einhell Power X-Change Batteries & Charger. I placed my order late at night using a credit card and for whatever reason, saw on-screen my order confirmation but didn't receive an email confirmation. I contacted their customer services and was told the order was on it's way and all was fine. My parcel arrived before I thought it would and was well packaged. I will use BAP again.”

“goods did not arrive,problem with courier,due delivery on 12.6.2020 now 25.6.2020 still no goods delivered,customer services now finally chasing.I am now having to fill in a signed a letter to tell the courier the goods did not arrive.How did I get involved in a problem that buy a parcel should have followed up on 4 or 5 days after missed delivery .I attempted to contact by phone was told email only which took 3 days to answer”

Apologies but due to the lock-down caused by Covid-19 all our staff were working from home to protect them and you our customer, so because of this our phone was closed down. I can see you reported the issue to us on 24th June and the same day we raised the issue with the carrier and sent a Non Receipt of Parcel form to you, as this is a legal document to say you have never received/accepted the parcel from the carrier. You emailed the completed form back us on 26th June, and we can see your order was cancelled and refunded on the 26th June as per your request.

“Parcel came on time but the reason for 3stars is Tstak box was badly damaged. I have contacted the customer service and they have been very helpful & said they will send a replacement box when they have them in stock. When it arrives I will review stars.”
