Hi Gavin, I checked the listing: https://www.buyaparcel.com/monarch-midi-he-freeflow-water-softener-ultimate-series-includes-15mm-hoses/ I couldn't see where it said there was a free bag of salt. Some gosh, 15ish years ago Monarch did used to supply a free 10kg bag of salt but they stopped doing that a long time ago - likely because of the extra shipping involved in what's otherwise a one order, one box setup. If you can point me in the direction of the free bag mention - if it's on our website of course I will send a free bag. mike@buyaparcel.com is my email. Thanks, Mike

“Product arrived 1 day late. Product arrived in wrong box. Could not contact anyone at Buyaparcel on the telephone, because (as their pre recorded message stated) COVID-19 has forced their staff to work from home. Do Buyaparcel's staff have no phones at home?? The product itself works perfectly and is in perfect condition. However, it is the little details that make the difference and Buyaparcel fall short in this regard. Pity :-(”

“I bought the Makita 5A Battery charger with 4 batteries and carry case. The items arrived in good time and were as described. Unfortunately the batteries and charger were not cushioned with inner packing and had been rolling about inside the carry case during transport, though the batteries were undamaged because of this, they could quite easily have been. If it hadn't been for this oversight then the review would have been 5 stars.”

“From purchase to getting my dewalt drill driver set was great, down side is they offer a 3 year warranty but I couldn't get access to the site to apply for this so I only get the 12months. Rubbish, screw fix is now doing them cheaper.”

“Ok until I tried to return.Deligated shop refused to accept parcel as no label,.Still stuck with parcel .You state no label required. Even showed shopkeeper your email and barcode. Not impressed.”
