“Goods arrived early which is very good at this particular time when other things I have bought elsewhere are 3 weeks late and the supplier doesn't know where they are in the one email response I have had from them in 2 weeks.”

“The saw was faulty and I returned it.The label for returning was for 2Kg and the parcel was 2.7kg. I had to request another label.However A courier was arranged to collect the parcel.The driver at first did not bring a new label but after discussion with him he fetched one from his van and accepted the parcel. He refused to take it at first.”
