“Purchased a shower head and arm from Buy A Parcel in May. I did not like the plastic arm, so returned the items to Buy A Parcel and then purchased only the shower head. Excellent communication with the support team and no problems with returning the item. The only issue was not being informed at first that I should use DHL for returns and obtain a label through the DHL return system.”

“Quick delivery, however, slide action of saw is not smooth. Although manual states saw is set up in factory, mine is cutting nowhere near square. Will require adjustment, bit annoying.”

“What I ordered came in good condition, but it didn't come on the Saturday delivery which I paid for. The price of the items was good, better than many other websites. It was also clear what I was buying with a lot of detail on the website. I Would recommend buying from Buy a Parcel, but don't bother with Saturday delivery.”
