“Excellent service from buyaparcel but be WARNED if purchased elsewhere only DeWalt are promoting this lamp as 1500 lumen on their uk website but many are selling the 1000 lumen version I.e. type 1 as the new. In other words do not trust the DeWalt website for the unit your buying but check with the seller that your buying the newer type 2 higher output. Full marks to buyaparcel for being honest and supportive. TYPE 1 IS OLDER 1000 LUMEN TYPE 2 NEW IS 1500 LUMEN”

Hi Yeewan, I cannot see any emails from your name or with your order ref in the email. Enquiries should go to websales@buyaparcel.com - Phone lines are working 01502 473025 is the number. I have checked and it seems DHL had an issue with your address and has returned your parcel to us. I will refund you in full now. If you wish to re-order please check the address - I am not sure if this is a DHL error or not. Thanks, Mike

“Paid for Saturday delivery which didn't come. Wrote an email on Saturday night asking when it will arrive. Got an email back on Tuesday with no apology saying it was delivered on Monday to someone called 'Zara'. Nobody called Zara lives at my address. Rubbish.”

Hi Stuart, your order was from October - I am sorry if it didn't get there on the Saturday as it should. GPS puts the driver in your address vicinity, but if you didn't get your order we would have had you complete a denial of receipt form and resent the order or refunded you. If you didn't get your goods after receiving the information that someone called Zara signed for it, I hope you then came back to us at the time because 2 months after the delivery is too late to claim from DHL.

“I placed an order which went missing at Hermes end. Buyaparcel customer service team were awesome. They kept in touch and eventually they resent the items via a different courier. Excellent price, great quality item and super service. Definitely highly recommend.”
