“I recently bought a Tacwise Combi Staple gun from Buyaparcel. Delivery etc was excellent, but the gun only worked for a few minutes then wouldn't fire staples. I contacted the seller and they immediately gave me a refund without question. All round excellent service.”

“Purchased the item on 6th April 2020, paid extra for next day delivery. Was notified on 14th April 2020 that DHL would be delivering it that day.I have still not received it!!! I cannot get a response from DHL and after several emails to Buy a Parcel, I am informed that DHL are having 'difficulty' with their drivers. I know they have drivers because they delivered a parcel to my neighbour across the road only yesterday!!!!!”
