“We were very happy with our booking. Alessandro contacted me during the day and before the arrival time, which put my mind at rest. He was very friendly, professional and good fun and read the room appropriately to make sure it was suitable for all the ages present. It was a very successful surprise for the Hen and would definitely recommend.”

“Will Came to help us celebrate my mums 70th,He was absolutley fantastic from start to finish. He made us all feel at ease and was prepared with some brilliant games. My mum had a brilliant time all thanks to Will. would book again in the future”

“So we had the pleasure of meeting the fantastic David on Saturday for a friends birthday suprise get together! Well what can i say from the get go the communication was excellent! He made everyone at ease and comfortable from the secont he walked thro that door 😁 He made sure there were always drinks in our hands, from shots during games to pouring the cocktails. From start to finish it was the best and i would highly recommend David to lighten up and entertain your night. ❤️❤️❤️”

“The event: a daytime cabaret club for seniors called The Dickie Bows and Petticoats Club. We hired 2 butlers and expected them to be handsome men who were comfortable with being looked at/have photos taken, but didn't expect them to be so sociable too. Very engaging with the elderly audience who were chatting about their tattoos and their work in general. They engaged with me as the host, and joined in with the performances and being generally silly as required. Would reccommend”

“Well what can I say….. I booked a butler for my mums 60th birthday at the Celtic manor and we we’re not disappointed! Conrad was amazing, played lots of games and had our glasses topped up at all times! So much fun and I’d recommend anyone to book! Thanks Conrad for making my mums birthday such fun!!”

“Very quick to respond throughout the booking process. Our butler Will kept me up to date throughout the lead up and on the day. He made it so much fun and we had such a laugh playing all the games. Thank you so much Will, you made our evening.”

“The butler was great initially, did some party games, helped to break the ice between the people who didn’t really know each other at the party. He then seemed irritated by the length he was booked for, and became slightly rude to me. He later apologised.. however left 20 minutes before he was due to leave. The Hen of the party enjoyed the experience and the rest of the guests were happy, however it ruined the weekend for me and were disappointed we paid for three hours yet he chose to leave early!”

To address this, we’d like to offer a part refund so that you’ll only be charged for a 2-hour booking instead of the 3 hours you booked. “Unfortunately the butler you sent played just one shot game and no other props for anything else. It felt like he wasn’t very confident and was unable to command or read the room. We provided a small list of cocktails and provided all the ingredients for this but no one was asked whether they wanted a cocktail just poured Prosecco. He was late (admittedly there could have been traffic conditions) but we had timed the arrival of the Hen after this and that was spoilt. The butler seemed very nervous, and uncomfortable which made the party goers feel that way too. One final note and this is the most important one, his hygiene was bad, he may of come from another job or been busy but you expect a guy doing this job to be fresh and not smelling bad.”

We were surprised to receive this feedback, as the butler has over 5 years of experience and we haven’t had any negative feedback about him before. We spoke to him about your comments, and he expressed his own surprise. He mentioned that he was making cocktails when requested, but the guests were primarily asking for Prosecco. Regarding the butler’s performance, we take your concerns seriously. It’s crucial that our butlers are engaging, attentive, and well-prepared to enhance the atmosphere of any event. We’ll be working with the butler involved to provide additional training on reading the room and confidently leading activities to ensure he’s fully prepared for future bookings. In terms of punctuality, the butler informed us that he was delayed by a road closure, which led to him arriving three minutes later than scheduled. While unexpected delays can occur, we will continue to reinforce the importance of punctuality to help ensure that our scheduling aligns as smoothly as possible with our clients’ events. We are also addressing the hygiene issue you mentioned. This is unacceptable in our line of work, and we’ll be working with the butler to ensure he understands and upholds our hygiene standards for all events.
