“Las was fantastic for our hen do. He made us feel really welcome, comfortable and made the hen do so much more exciting! We played some great games and he made sure the party were well topped up with drinks! Definitely the hens favourite part of the hen do!”

“As a hen party we had to bring the vibes and games as the butler did not come prepared with activities. He felt awkward and uncomfortable and did not use his initiative to play games or serve food/drinks. Plus he made some of the hens feel uncomfortable with comments about their bodies.”

Hi Hannah, We sincerely apologise for any dissatisfaction you experienced with our service. We were surprised by your review as it's the first negative feedback we've received regarding the specific butler involved. Typically, he garners positive responses. However, we take all customer feedback seriously. After discussing with him, he expressed feeling that some comments were unjust as he made efforts to host the pre-planned activities and ensure everyone had an enjoyable time. He believed everyone was satisfied. Regarding remarks made about guests' bodies, we completely agree that such comments are unacceptable. Rest assured, steps will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. Further training will be provided to the butler to enhance his initiative in serving food and drinks, as well as in hosting activities. We'll closely monitor his performance to prevent reoccurrences of these issues. “Alessandro gave the best experience for my sister’s hen party. All of us had so much fun and Alessandro made sure everyone was included, had a full glass and was having a great evening. Couldn’t have asked for anything better and with Alessandro organising the games we all really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!”

“We had so much fun with Tom and Josh at my best friends hen do! We played some great games and they kept our drinks topped up. I was also asked at the beginning on a scale of 1-10 how far they could take it which was great as the bride was on the nervous side which I think put her at ease. I would highly recommended booking butlers for any event!”

“We loved having Ruben and Tyrell at my sister’s hen in London. There were 20 girls with ages ranging from 19-60; a mix of mums and daughters, and they made everyone feel very comfortable. It was very classy and civilised, would highly recommend!”

“We had our butler for the pre-drinks before a night out. Louis was a fantastic butler, he got everyone in the party spirit and gave the night the added spark we wanted. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great night. Thank you Louis.”

“Hi, Will and his bare bottom came to Hen party on Saturday. He was excellent, very friendly, professional and lots of laughter was had, it was great fun. Age group was 18 to 78 and Will made everyone feel comfortable.”
