“Hi, very happy with communication before our event via email. I was expecting to be contacted 15 minutes before start time as explained but this didn't happen. Sebastian was great once we relaxed. He came in with all guns blazing!! It was a life drawing we booked & it wasn't quite what we were expecting. We were expecting a more chilled 'life drawiing' experience though we did enjoy it & had a laugh. Seb was very hands on & this wasn't appreciated by all so maybe some enquiries beforehand as how to gage the group would have been worth while. I did book another butler for the evening but cancelled this as we thought the guests had had their fill of fun & games for the day & we would've wanted a more toned down butler & weren't sure if this would've been possible? I messaged Luca & cancelled, he was professional in his reply & kindly asked if everything was OK. I would recommend with the knowledge of what to expect! Thank you.”

Hi Judith, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Regarding the life drawing session, our events are designed to be fun and interactive, which is why Sebastian likely came in with lots of energy. That said, we completely understand that some groups prefer a more relaxed or traditional life drawing experience. This can absolutely be accommodated, and the same applies to any type of event we offer - many customers request a more toned-down or low-key experience, and we’re always happy to pass that preference on to the butler or model in advance. I’m glad to hear that Sebastian was great once the group relaxed and that Luca was helpful when you got in touch as well. Just to clarify one small point, we don’t advise that butlers will call 15 minutes beforehand. What we normally explain is that the butler or model will arrive shortly before the start time and contact you once they arrive, usually around 5–10 minutes before the booking begins. “Jack was very good I just needed him to keep drinks topped up and work bar and he mixed with all the girls making sure everything and everybody was in good spirits definitely recommend”

“We had a great evening in the hen do with our Butler, Jaime. He arrived early to ensure he was ready for the start time, and messaged throughout the day to check all was ok. He got us all involved by playing games and was great at serving our drinks. It was a great laugh and everyone enjoyed the extra company for a few hours! Slight downfall was we were told prior to the event, the butler could make us cocktails as well as serving them and playing games, but this seems to be a different package which wasn’t communicated by the manager.”

Regarding the cocktails, we would like to clarify that while our butlers are not advertised as mixologists, they are happy to assist with making cocktails if the necessary ingredients and equipment are provided. As they aren’t professional mixologists, they may occasionally need a bit of guidance when preparing unfamiliar cocktails. Additionally, we offer a dedicated cocktail class activity that includes everything needed for the experience – premium alcohol, mixers, equipment, and sundries. “I wouldn’t quite call it “life drawing” .. but my goodness we did have a giggle! Alessandro was a great laugh and entertained us all! Super friendly and good at his job! He would get 5* from us but I’ve given 4 due to the companies added charge you put on for materials. I wouldn’t have paid this if I’d known it was literally just for pencils and paper!”

With regards to the materials, we did provide everything as advertised, which was the A4 drawing paper, pencils and a prize bottle of Prosecco for the best artist. “The model was absolutely lovely and really made the whole event fun and entertaining. He was very respectful of the energy we had going on and was mindful of what the bride-to-be wanted. His props provided (and added to) plenty of entertainment and his chatty nature made everyone feel very comfortable. Our only criticisms would be that even though we paid the extra £40 he didn't have the Prosecco to award the winner (he apologised and said he'd gone to two places prior but not been able to get any). The other criticism would be that the amount charged for the extras seems very over priced for what was actually provided. A roll of paper (that we had to tear up) and a pack of basic pencils from a supermarket is only going to cost a couple of pounds and even if he had been able to get prosecco hed still have had around £30 for rhe materials which wouldve been more than enough for at least A4 sheets of card if not something better. I'd recommend to anyone else to save yourselves the money and provide your own.”

Hi Lizzie, We are pleased you enjoyed the event overall but would like to apologise about the materials and the lack of Prosecco, I will action a part refund for this. We usually provide top quality A4 drawing paper and charcoal pencils as well as the Prosecco for groups of up to 25 people, I'm sorry this wasn't the case this time and we will ensure this area is improved going forwards, thank you for drawing it to our attention. “I booked a butler life drawing class for my friends Hen do and it didn’t disappoint. Tye made the evening so fun without it being creepy or awkward. The only thing I would say is the drawing utensils were not great- we were given colouring pens which we could hardly see so for future charcoal or dark pencils would be recommended!”

“Lawrence was really good, all the girls enjoyed the time we had with him. I booked him early so he could open the door to the girls as they arrived. They were pleasantly surprised. He got everyone involved in the games he played.”

“Seb was a good host and was up for everything. Everyone joined in and enjoyed the evening. Constructive-could bring more games as we provided 3 of them. Friend who was supposedly in training was far too shy and looked awkward”

“I had booked 2 butlers for a surprise birthday party. 30 minutes before the party I got a message to say that one of the butlers had car issues and was going to be an hour late. Then a little bit later another message came to say he wasn’t coming at all. The other butler arrived on time and was fantastic (Louis), he made up for the other butler not turning up. It was very disappointing not to have the other butler. However Louis was fantastic!!!”
