“We had Danny C at my sisters hen do!! He was absolutely brilliant, a little bit late but he certainly made up for it 👀😂 everyone absolutely loved him and had us all laughing the whole time. Would definitely recommend - thank you so much!! X”

“Our butler Thomas was absolutely fantastic. He was polite, friendly, got the party started and made us all laugh until we physically couldn’t breathe!! The games he brought with him which he had pre prepared were all great ice breakers and he had clearly put some thought into his evening with us prior to arriving! He kicked our hen do off to the best start and we are still laughing about all that happened even now! We wouldn’t hesitate to book him again and would recommend him to anyone, especially hen dos!! Thank you Thomas!”

“Good communication, easy booking process. Josh arrived on time, was good fun at our hen of 18 rugby girls! We played games, had drinks brought to us and had good general chat. Would recommend and use again if organising a hen :) thank you!”

“After a last minute cancellation for other hen do plans, Butler Bookings fitted us in for a life drawing class at really short notice. It was well worth it and we were all very glad our plans changed - everyone had such a good time. Thomas was great, got everyone involved and we all had such a laugh. Would definitely recommend for a hen party!”

“The company was easy to book through and pay. Our Butler was 20 minutes late, he did phone to let me know. And by the time he'd got ready it was 7.35 and we'd booked him from 7pm. We didn't get that time back. He suggested some games and I got him involved in the games I wanted to play with the group. He was very young and inexperienced when it came to serving/pouring drinks in a professional manner. I don't know if they get any training of this kind but it would be useful! He was entertaining and was a lovely lad but the service we received was disappointing”

Hi Amanda, We are sorry you weren't fully satisfied with our service. We were surprised to hear such feedback about Charley as he has worked for us for a while now and has gained lots of experience working at our events. We also wouldn't describe him as 'very young' as he is 27. With regards to the training, all our butlers do receive basic cocktail-making training, however, we don't advertise them as being professionally trained mixologists. Charley was held up in traffic which did mean he was 20 minutes late and we do apologise for this. As he was only working for 1.5 hours and wasn't able to make up the time at the end we will give you a partial refund to compensate for that and the funds should reach you within 2-3 working days. Once again we apologise that the service didn't live up to your expectations on this occasion.

“Thomas was absolutely brilliant! From the moment he stepped through the door, he had us all roaring with laughter! The games were hilarious and he just made the night one to remember! I could not have asked for a better Butler. Honestly, best night ever... all thanks to Thomas!!!”

“We had Mike come and do a life drawing session for our hen party this weekend. He was incredibly professional, made us all feel at ease, funny, charismatic and had great banter! It was the highlight of our hen do! Everything was easy dealing with John at Butler bookings and we will certainly be using them again!”
