“We had a surprise Butler in the Buff as part of a girls dinner party and what a surprise it was!!! Thomas was absolutely amazing! Our challenge was to create a Calendar Girls style calendar and Thomas 100% got the brief and added so much to the occasion. His suggestions for photos, participation in everything that we came up with, and general sense of fun made sure the event will go down in the history books for our group and for all the right reasons! By far and away the best butler we could have hoped for and I would have zero hesitations in recommending him 100% for such events. Thank you so much Thomas - looking forward to having the memories of you daily on our 2027 desk calendars!”

“James was amazing! He was the highlight of the Hen Party! Incredibly charming, kind and full of fun. We didn’t need to ask him for anything, he poured drinks, played games and made the Hen feel special.”

“Mike was perfect. We booked a life drawing experience for a hen do with 22 girls. Communication throughout the booking process right up until arrival was brilliant. We all had a really amazing time with Mike having the ability to gauge the girls comfort levels, always respectful and always fun. Party games got the girls hyped too! Highly recommend.”

“We had the best time – absolutely perfect for a hendo! Alessandro was hilarious, so friendly, and really got everyone involved from the start. We did cocktail making which was such a laugh, and he made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and memorable. Everyone was saying how much they enjoyed it afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone planning a hen party or girls’ weekend!”

“Butler was ok but unfortunately we had booked one previously booked through yourselves who was a lot better so therefore had quite high expectations. Also paid £50 more on the day for him to take off his apron for half the time but only took it off no longer than around 2 minutes. Rather had not paid the additional money if the deal of 50/50 wasn’t going to be honoured.”

I’m sorry to hear that the event didn’t fully meet your expectations, particularly as you had previously booked with us and had a stronger experience before. I’ve spoken with the butler regarding the concerns raised and he has received a warning. Additional extras should not be offered directly at our events, as any upgrades or add-ons should only be arranged through Butler Bookings in advance. I’m also sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the arrangement after making the additional payment on the day. We completely understand your frustration if you felt the expectations around this were not met.
