“We booked a butler for a drinks party for the Hen before heading out on the town. Aaron was our butler. He was very nice, he served drinks and helped organise party games. He circulated and chatted with all the guests at the party. Aaron joined in the fun and we all had such a good laugh, he made it a night to remember. Thanks Aaron for making the evening such a success.”

“We had the lovely Josh for my friends hen weekend. He did a brilliant job with games and drinks. He was very pleasing on the eyes as well as pleasing with his personality would highly recommend a butler to add some fun to your occasion. Thank you Josh and thank you butler bookings.”

“Danny and John were absolutely amazing, they mingled, danced and posed for pictures. They looked as if they had as good a night as i did. They were also very hot ????. I will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks for making my night extra special ????”

“I've just had my hen do in Liverpool there was 23 woman and david and Dave were the butlers we had. They kept us well and truly all entertained and could not have asked for better company. Thanks the bride and the bridesmaids. P.s 3 hours was not enough lol ????”

“We booked a butler for my friends hen do but unfortunately it was nothing like we expected and we were left feeling largely disappointed. Booking the butler was an efficient process and John responded quickly to any questions we had. I called up about a week before to confirm all was ok. I was told yes and that our butlers name was Gavin who gets good feedback....... Then a bloke called AJ turned up. He was a nice enough guy but he seemed to think it was enough to turn up and look pretty. We all had a good time but that's because we made it a good time rather than thanks to AJ. He joined in the party, drank our drink and ate our food which wouldn't have been a problem had he contributed something more. Any games we played were co-ordinated and thought up by us and at one point my friend actually poured him a drink - quite the opposite of having a butler.... We'd hired him for 2 hours and once the first hour had passed I actually said to him we'll take a back seat and let you take the lead now ..... still got nothing. He clock watched for the last 15 minutes and at 5 to 10 went and got changed. Looking at other people's feedback I'd say we just got unlucky but our experience certainly wasn't value for money and we really felt reluctant to pay the balance. It ended up being £105 for a 2 hour conversation with a pretty face .....”

Hi Emma, We are sorry you weren't happy with the service provided on this occasion. Anthony (AJ) has done many events for us in the past and we have always received 5 star reviews about him before so we were surprised by this feedback. After speaking to Anthony about this he said that the event was a lot more organised than he was used to and although he did suggest a few games, most of them had already been played but he did get involved with all the ones that had been pre-planned and helped pour/make up the drinks. He also said he didn't consume any food or drink that wasn't offered to him. In order to prevent this occurring in future we will encourage Anthony to be more proactive and offer him further training in terms of games and we hope you can accept our apology on this occasion.

“John arrived to entertain a hen party of 14! He was very good at commanding the rooms attention & playing games with the girls making sure he involved everyone. Everyone loved him & were sad when he had to leave after 2hrs!!”

“John was the perfect butler for my best friends hen night. He most defenetly got the weekend off to a bang! He kept us all really entertained and played some games we had planned aswell as some of his own. The two hours flew by and we were all pretty sad our night with John had come to an end. As well as being cheeky and fun, he was a total gent and made us all feel at ease as well as very pampered! He's a very down to earth gorgeous guy and I feel really lucky he was our butler on Friday. We would all highly recommend him and your company to our friends. Thanks again so much!”

“Andy was our Butler for the evening and was brilliant. Really good fun and lovely to look at which is always a bonus. He got everyone involved in some games, served us drinks and really made it a great nite.”

“We had Davey, for 2 hours!! He was amazing, great at doing games and thinking up the games to suit the crowd. What a laugh we had, I would defo recommend him to any of the girls arranging a hen Defo 10 points for Davey!!!!”

“Disappointing and unprofessional company. We all 19 girls would not recommend by any means. The guy did not even turn up! We booked for 6.30pm and only after several attempts got a return communication at 8.30pm The entire situation was dealt with in an appallingly unprofessional manner. The entire evening was planned around this 'entertainment', as you can imagine when the butler was seemingly half an hour late we had to re-think our plans and frantically call the company, who at this point had still not made any contact with us! We were then informed by the (unhelpful) gentleman on the phone that the butler had actually informed them at 3pm that he would not be attending. How on earth is it possible that no one called or informed us until 830pm? This is the part I am struggling with and what I find the most surprising. I don’t have to tell you that it was extremely unfair to put us in the situation, as we then had to sacrifice part of our evening to chase your company.”

Hi Nikki, We are extremely sorry you weren't happy with our service on this occasion. We were informed by the allocated butler at around 3pm on the day of the event that he wasn't going to make it so we had to draft in a suitable replacement as soon as possible. Luckily we did manage to find a replacement just in time, so from our point of view everything was still going ahead as planned. To our complete surprise we were then informed by yourselves that the replacement butler had also not turned up. After our conversation at 7:28pm we managed to find a second replacement but he couldn't get there until 9:20pm which understandably would have been far too late. I'm sure you can understand that this is a freak occurrence and we will certainly not be offering any more work to either of the butlers involved in the future. We have offered you a full refund and would like to apologise whole heartedly for a butler not turning up to your event and the inconvenience caused.

“John was fantastic at our hen party! None of us had to lift a finger whilst he was there, he fetched all 16 of us food and drinks. He even filled the dishwasher for us!! He suggested some party games for the hens, beer pong and the cereal box game and joined in too. Would definitely rebook! Thanks Hen party. Norwich”
