“The organiser John was efficient, and helpful at organising the event and dealt swiftly and professionally with an unexpected change of plan. The first butler was ok. He however seemed very shy, didn't introduce himself and seemed almost as if he didn't want to be there, often leaving the room for periods of time. The second butler was brilliant. He was charismatic, entertaining and excellent at providing games and keeping the fun going- exactly what we had hoped for. Many thanks”

“The boys were fine I only wanted them to give my daughter her 21st birthday cake and get a few pictures so I can't comment on what they would do if here for an hour however the boys uniforms didn't match & one had flip flops one had trainers so not impressed with appearance also one was 6ft and one was tiny so I think they could have been paired better other than that they were fine .”

“We had John as our butler for 2hrs and he was absolutely brilliant! We had a fantastic time and John kept us entertained with loads of fun games that weren't over the top; he was the highlight of the hen do. Having spoken to others at the hen who have had butlers at other occasions they said that they weren't a patch on John - we would have no problem recommending him.”

“Prompt response to booking enquiry Our butler Andy was punctual, professional and put a nervous bride at ease. Id asked him not to draw attention to her as the bride and he did exactly as instructed. Good range of lighthearted games made for a fun hour, everyone got involved, got our night out off to a really good start”

“Well we didn't get john who was booked to come to us, on the day, i got a text from another butler just checking in which was Dan. Spoke to john to ask why we weren't having himself but was unwell. I then was told i could only have Dan for 2hours but we had booked 3hrs, nothing i could do other than request a discount. I got £20 discount but then i found £30 had gone missing out of my cupboard were the glasses were stored and drinks being made so i was left out of pocket. Where the £30 went well?? But other than that, Dan was good. Games could have been better but we enjoyed a little icandy for two hours. Would i use them again? No as i didn't get customer satisfaction, i would use another company.”

Hi Lynsey, We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with our service. You did choose our butler John but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to find a replacement butler who on this occasion was Dan. Unfortunately due to availability this also meant that we had to shorten the booking from 3 hours down to 2 hours. As we weren't able to provide the full 3 hour booking with your chosen butler we decided to not only refund the difference in price but gave a further £20 refund for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry £30 went missing at the party but we find it highly unlikely Dan would have taken it as he has always received glowing feedback in the past and we haven't had a complaint of this kind about him before, we will however continue to closely monitor his performance and hope you can accept our apology on this occasion.

“Butler bookings provided excellent service. Right from the booking and communication around that, always prompt to reply and really accommodating. Our butlers for the evening Richie and Dave were extremely buff and a great laugh. They were a fabulous addition to our party. Thanks so much!! highly recommended!!”

Hi Fiona, Thanks for the feedback about your recent booking with us. We are pleased you were happy with our service overall however we apologise for the butler arriving late and not making up the time (we always instruct our butlers to make up the time at the end if they arrive late). With this in mind we are happy to offer 15% off a future booking with ourselves and hope you can accept our apology.

“We had "Dave" butler for us while we were on a hen night in Liverpool. He was fantastic value for money. Dave was friendly, put everyone at ease and was lots of fun. I'd highly recommend this service- great cheeky fun that set our night off perfectly !”
