“Tom was absolutely fantastic!!!! Could not be happier! He made a huge effort to learn everybodies names, came prepared with some games for us to play, and made us some fantastic cocktails. All the girls commented what a lovely lad he was, not arrogant in the slightest which is what we were nervous about. Another great thing was that some of our party were running late, I sent a quick text to Tom and he agreed to come half an hour later so the surprise wasn't spoilt :-D The booking process was excellent, appreciate that you can select your butler from photos. Thanks for a great laugh!!”

“Our butler arrived promptly and was pleasant. He did serve us drinks, however we did have to ask him to top us up. By 10pm we were a little sick of the cheesy chat up lines and were quite glad he was going. The offer of 'Extras' for the sum £150.00 was not something we were insterested in.”

Hi Gemma, We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with our service on this occasion. We take this very seriously and have zero tolerance with regards to our butlers offering 'extras' at our events. The butler you hired normally receives excellent five star reviews so we were very surprised to hear this feedback about him. We have spoken to the butler in question and made them aware of what has been said, we will also be closely monitoring their performance and If we hear about anything like this again we will have no option but to remove them for our books.

“Michael was brilliant- a gentleman, good fun and totally took control of the evenings fun making it flow really well. He provided a lot more fun and laughs than we expected. I have a friend organising a hen in April- I will recommend your company and Michael to her without a doubt. Thanks so much.”

“Butlers were great, all guest enjoyed there company. I would suggest that you creat a playlist and the the butlers to play games etc. On whole happy with the service.”

“We had two butlers for two hours on Friday 29th Jan, their names were Josh and Mike, absolutely lovely guys, very fun and very professional. Entertained all 18 of us at my place, it was a surprise for my mum, the bride to be, she was over the moon and we have all been sharing photos and laughing still about our night, a night we wont ever forget. A huge thank you to Josh and Mike. Love Bonnie and all the girls. X”

“Dave was great, I asked him at very short notice to arrive 30 minutes later which he did without grumbling and then he worked really hard to keep us all entertained by suggesting games and making sure everyone was involved and having fun, he was the highlight of my sister's hen party Thanks a lot Dave!!”

“Dave from Liverpool was great. He was really helpful and great fun. It was a large group who didn't really know each other. He played games with us and it really helped break the ice. 10/10 - we all said reccomend Dave to anyone having their hen or a party in Liverpool. The bride loved it and he was super nice and friendly to everyone - he really made our Pre drinks!”

“I hosted a vintage tea for twenty ladies one Sunday afternoon Christmas week. A few ladies had been through very sad times and seeing them forget their problems for a few hours and hear them laugh and enjoy themselves for the first time in a long time was priceless. Everybody had an amazing time and the day will be forever remembered and talked about. John pitched his interaction with the ladies just right and they all adored him. Best afternoon for all of us. Thank you John.”

“Lewis and Andy were our butlers for my sister's hen in Bath and they did a fantastic job! They were very attentive all night, serving drinks and food, and got the ball rolling with lots of hen games. One of the highlights of the whole weekend!”

“Our butler's name was Richie & we where all delighted with his services He made us feel relaxed whilst entertaining us He got involved in the games, served us drink & took pictures I've been to Liverpool 3 times and got a buff butler on all 3 occasions & Richie was by far the best He really kick started our night with lots of fun & banter I will most definitely be using him again when I return to Liverpool & any of my friends who visit Liverpool I will be highly recommending Richie to them xx”

“Absolutely fantastic night - I booked two butlers for three hours for a pyjama themed birthday party. Had Austin and Aaron. They really made the party fun and got everyone involved in games and made sure everyone's drinks were kept topped up. Austin in particular deserves a special mention as he really was the star of the show and has such a fantastic fun personality. Thanks guys!”
