“We booked a butler for our girls weekend and we were not expecting to have so much fun with him! Sebastian was brilliant! He played the funniest games, he served us plenty of drinks including shots and was a really good laugh! He’s also very easy on the eye which did not disappoint;) I would highly recommend Butler Bookings and would definitely book with this company again xx”

“We had Larry as our butler on Saturday for a hen party. He was absolutely brilliant! He came so well organised, with lots of games to play that had our group of 11 ladies in hysterics! He was very polite and chatty with everyone in the group and made sure we got lots of photos before he left. Thank you so much, Larry! 100% would recommend for any hen night or girls get together!”

“Our butler was lovely. Really relaxed and easy to talk to. However, I feel like he lacked confidence. The evening didn’t really flow very well. We spent most of the time guessing riddles which was fun at first but got a bit boring after a while. He didn’t offer to make any drinks or anything and drifted off into independent conversations instead of guiding the group into playing the games etc. it felt a bit disjointed and I think people were losing interest.”

Hi Emma, Sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with the service, the butler in question regularly works for us and usually gets good feedback so we were surprised by this. We agree the games should be more varied and drinks should regularly be being offered during the activity. We are raising these concerns with the butler to ensure he is aware of what's expected and offering further training on games to ensure this doesn't happen on future events. “Great enquiry and booking process with butler bookings. Clear and quick which Made an already tricky weekend to organise that bit easier. Matt was great, he was punctual and kept in contact before the booking to make sure everything was organised perfectly. Everyone had a great time and I’d gladly refer butler bookings to anyone that needs a recommendation. Matt even gave us a surprise at the end to top everything off 😂 see photo for our reaction”

“Josh and Thomas were absolutely fantastic! I was nervous as I booked them for my sisters hen but they read the room well and managed to liven the party back up! I was no disappointed at all and very relieved of how well the night went! Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you!”

“Our residents had a wonderful afternoon with Thomas. He was very attentive & respectful with every resident & all the staff. He went around to every resident & chatted to them. They all enjoyed the quiz he did & he helped them with hints of what it could be! The games that Thomas brought were very tasteful for our residents. They have all asked for Thomas to come & see us all again soon.”

“I booked a butler life drawing class for my friends Hen do and it didn’t disappoint. Tye made the evening so fun without it being creepy or awkward. The only thing I would say is the drawing utensils were not great- we were given colouring pens which we could hardly see so for future charcoal or dark pencils would be recommended!”

“Booked well in advance a butler to come and entertain for a birthday at 8pm. 8:10 called butler bookings and was told “apologies this guy has done this before, sorry do you want a refund” Understandably I was frustrated and explained this wasn’t good enough. After several further conversations they eventually found a replacement. This is where the night was saved by a replacement butler Matt he traveled all the way from Birmingham at presumably short notice and his performance and dedication to the job really saved the evening. If it wasn’t for the initial poor service and response then it would be a 5* review. Thank you Matt again for such a great evening.”

Hi Sarah, We are sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with the service. I am not sure if you heard us incorrectly on the phone but we never said the original butler had let us down before because he is normally reliable. We said we would try to find cover and offer a full refund if we weren't successful. Luckily we managed to find another butler for you within 20-30 minutes of the initial complaint. It is incredibly rare our contractors don't turn up to our events, but we are sorry it happened on this occasion and for any inconvenience it may have caused. We have also taken the necessary steps to ensure the butler in question doesn't do this again. Despite the issues, we are pleased to hear that our replacement butler Matt did a great job and that the night ended on a high. Thanks for choosing us for your event. “I'm a Butler 'virgin' not really sure what to expect. I had Shev for my party he was great, easy to talk to mixed well with my guests. Some did say they would have liked him oiled - but it wasn't their party it was MINE - I was happy that's what mattered”
