“What an amazing evening we had with Antonio! He was engaging, funny and very professional. We were all made to feel at ease by his personable manner. I would definitely use the company again, everything ran so smoothly and communication was great. We had so much fun and it made a great night completely amazing!”

“Excellent customer service right from booking to the evening. When the butler that was meant to attend the booking let John down, he stepped in to make sure we were not disappointed. My hen party was quite tame, but John adapted to this and went with the flow. Warm friendly and fitting right in, John really made my night. Would definitely recommend.”

“Hi, we were very disappointed with our butler , Luca. He didn’t engage very well with the party and I think his young age clearly showed. He mentioned several problems with our plans for the evening, and commented that his booking for 3 hours was very long. We asked him to serve some drinks which he did and then refused extra shots as he needed the glasses to play a game. Luca only actually played one game with playing cards which proved to be very monotomous. Just wasn’t what we were expecting at all and I don’t think I would use your company again unfortunately.”

Hi Paula, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We’ve spoken directly with Luca regarding the booking. Luca is actually 27 years old and is one of our experienced butlers who normally receives excellent feedback from customers. However, we completely appreciate that every event is different and that your experience on the day is what matters most. From speaking with Luca, he explained that there was a live musician performing throughout much of the booking, which made it difficult to organise and run interactive party games due to the noise levels. Many members of the group were also understandably focused on watching and enjoying the band, which made it harder to fully engage everyone with the entertainment. He also advised that food service was taking place for around an hour while chefs were serving guests, which further reduced opportunities to involve the full group in games and activities during that time. In relation to drinks service, Luca confirmed that he helped serve drinks throughout the booking and also handed out trays of shots to guests. He also advised that when attempting to start one of the games, a member of the group received an upsetting phone call, resulting in several guests leaving temporarily to comfort her, which unfortunately interrupted the activity and affected the flow of the entertainment. Luca did say that he genuinely tried to do the best he could throughout the booking considering the circumstances and atmosphere on the day. That said, we fully understand that you booked expecting a fun, lively and interactive experience throughout, and we are genuinely sorry that the event did not meet your expectations. As a gesture of goodwill, we would also like to offer you a 10% discount on any future booking made with us. If you do decide to book again in the future, please simply quote your booking reference number and we’ll ensure the discount is applied. “We had Craig on the day, He was Handsome, tanned, polite, fun, happily involved in all activities very attentive to all the guests. The company have made the process seamless and easy with their open communication. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Thomas absolutely smashed it out of the park, everything we expected and more! The bride loved it and it was a really personal, really funny experience. Great job all round and so happy with the price for what we received as well.”

“AJ was amazing - 18 members of our family on my daughters hen party , ranging from the age of 22 to 64 , everyone said best 2 hours fun , he was professional, organised and catered for everyones taste in fun . I woukd definitely book again for a speacial occasion and would strongly recommend to anyone who wanted to get there celebrations started”

“Chris was great from the minute he started his Butler duties🍑. He kept our Hen Weekend going with cheeky 😉 games and making sure our glasses were filled up. Whilst this is not everyone's cup of tea, most of us got into the spirit and he was very compliant with our requests. We have some cracking (pardon the pun) photos and it's a case of what happens in the lodge stays in the lodge. He did well to navigate 17 drunken females.”
