“Our butler, Kiru, was genuinely fab and made the first night of our hen do weekend in York memorable for all the right reasons! He was utterly charming, created a relaxed yet fun atmosphere and he put his impressive cocktail making skills to good use. He chose a selection of games that suited our group of nine brilliantly - given that several of us hadn't met before and, well, let's just say we're not 21 anymore! This was the first time I'd booked a butler and I have to admit that, prior to the event, I was a bit apprehensive things might get a little 'sleazy'. HOWEVER I can happily say that the evening was anything but - just giggles all round and GREAT photos! The booking process was refreshingly straightforward and it was really helpful that they responded personally to emails rather than always directing you to web-forms.”

“It started off really well and it was fun but a few people felt uncomfortable with some games that were played. He was quite grabby and lifted someone up and pushed people's heads down. It wasn't what I expected.”

Dear customer, We are sorry you weren't fully satisfied with our service on this occasion. We were surprised to hear this feedback about our butler Tyrone as he usually receives glowing 5-star reviews. We have spoken to him and he has appologised profusely, it was never his intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable during the games. “We had Thomas for our hen do in Bournemouth and oh my gosh, he definitely did not disappoint! The organisation was so smooth, with a call in the morning to discuss plans and a call before he got to the house. The games were great fun, he had an awesome sense of humour and the right amount of naughtiness for our group! We all laughed our heads off for the entire 2 hours and now have some fantastic memories to cherish forever. Thank you so much! If you are in any doubt whether to get a butler....honestly do it!!!”

“Fantastic service leading up to the event. Short notice and with less than a week to go, they were extremely acommodating. We had to play around with the time but it was worth it. Aaron was the best bulter I've encountered for a long time. The evening was soo funny. Kept everyone's drinks topped up and the games were hilarious. Would definitely ask for him again.”

“A big thank you to both John (Bookings Manager) and Thomas (Bulter) who were both brilliant with enquires leading up to the hen weekend and on the day, Thomas was a great sport, got all of the girls involved and our cheeks were hurting from laughing by the end. I’d highly recommend and we can see why Thomas is one of the best models in Bournemouth!”

“Very good communication before the event - felt very secure with the booking. Thomas arrived on time and was great at hiding out the way to surprise the bride. He put everyone at ease and controlled the evening well. Just the right level of nakedness/lewdness for all! Everyone really enjoyed themselves.”
