“Excellent experience at the showroom Jacob the sales man was very helpful and pleasant He did not pressure us to buy but did us an excellent deal when we had decided to purchase After sales help was excellent as well”

“Having spotted the Yaris Y20 on line I arraged a viewing and visited your showroom on Penistone road , having been many times I know it well, the initial inquiry was with Tim , who looked after me really well and arranged the trade-in price for my Auris, my next visit I met David Williamson who I have know many years and have bought many cars from him over many years, a lot on his recommendation. As usual from David I was treated as a valued customer , he guided me through the buying procedure with expert ease, so much has changed over the last few years in this digital age, David was very friendly and courteous as usual, he knew what I wanted and provided it with expert ease , my thanks to him, I must say too, it's lovely to see a long standing familiar face at your company, it inspires confidence and trust for sure, I know David is a long standing respected and valuable member of staff, long may he reign, thanks to everyone at Burrows Toyota. “From the first visit to enquire about a Yaris Cross I had seen online, to the moment we drove away in the car after buying it, we have nothing but praise. Adrian the salesman looked after us very well and we are pleased with the deal and the car. A very good company to deal with and we have dealt with a number of car dealerships over the years, this was one of the most enjoyable.”

“Very good sales person Evelina Huidu , who had good product knowledge and a friendly disposition There was a problem with the financial details that was eventually resolved by Jack Hodgson. The car was well presented and paint work blemishes corrected.The financial and paint work problems should not have occurred but were eventually sorted .”
