Love our Toyota cars , and the staff are always so pleasant . Disappointing because we came out without a spare key and we are still waiting. Also missing a list of mobility & Toyota useful numbers . Seemed a bit disorganised this to mg E

Sale of car to and from me good. After sales poor as no one checked up if all fine and issue with wheel arch agreed but nobody contacted me. I had to chase it up 6 weeks later

When we came for our test drive car wouldnt start. Part exchange wasnt a great price. When we came to collect our car after having a thorough vehicle check it had a flat battery and wouldnt start again. After having the vehicle for just a few days we had to have the AA recovery out as it wouldnt start. We also arranged with service to replace a perished rubber door seal. On the alloted day we were 5 mins from the barnsley garage who rang to say the part hadnt arrived and they couldnt fix it. So had to return home without the repair been done. Now waiting to hear back regarding when we can have it sorted.

No feedback from technician who fitted dash cam. Was told it had to be hard wired as there wasn't a plug for cig lighter. When I got home the dash cam box contained a plug for cig lighter! Jackie was very helpful.

Burrows did not keep us updated with the delivery of our new vehicle, we had to telephone to keep us updated. We have not had any follow up checks from Burrows to check how the vehicle is

Sales process fine, sales man fine. Not happy new car had 55 miles on it and paintwork has fine scratches on as if not washed correctly.

We bought a Yaris cross and relied on YouTube review, unfortunately your sales representative did not explain to us what type of Yaris cross we will purchase. The car we have has no alarm,/sensor on parking, front / reverse, manual opening of back door, manual bend of side mirrors, these 3 items are not included in our car, we are so disappointed on these things,no proper orientation.

Pre-sales was very good. Sales area and garage was very impressive. The sales agent was efficient, though was late for our appointment. He went through how thorough Burrows were with cleaning and servicing of the car. When we arrived home we checked out the car in more detail and found chewing gum and old parking tickets under the driver's seat. When we pointed this out by email we had no response. It is a lovely car, however Burrows let themselves down with not such a 'thorough clean' and a lack of courtesy in not responding to my email.

Very pleased with the car but not impressed with the attitude of the sales manager. Definitely did not appreciate having an argument on the sales floor in front of several other people including staff and visitors about the use of credit cards. Never heard of a company not accepting them.

Usually very good service, but disappointed that I had to phone for the book and was not given a brief run through of the way to operate the new systems.

Car had not been valeted since viewing, after picking up had to return to collect owners manual and MOT certificate. Staff are welcoming and helpful, despite the above comments I will still continue to be a customer.

Gary was excellent to deal with, and car is lovely. One disappointment was that I wasn’t made aware the car only had one key until late in the process- given I travelled from distance would have appreciated this information being provided earlier or a second key being sourced by Burrows.

I am very unhappy with the service I have had from. Burrows and Toyota since purchasing my new car in March. I am still waiting for the delivery of the spare wheel etc I ordered as part of the car I ordered in January and I still have not received a handbook etc. I have had 6 cars from Toyota in the past 15 years but this could be the last car I purchase from Toyota

There was no-one immediately in a reception area in the showroom, to greet customers. At the desk where I met the sales consultant there was an empty coffee cup from a previous client or member of staff, which didn't look welcoming. At another desk I sat at during another visit, there were papers relating to another customer's purchase, which firstly did not suggest privacy, plus did not make one feel like ' the only customer' in the sales person's mind, which is what a customer should feel like. I also thought that when I went to collect my car, the red cloth over the car was unnecessarily dramatic, and does nothing to help the fact one has just had to commit to substantial financial outgoings. I felt somewhat ' let me just get in my car and drive away!' - a red cloth wasn't going to make me less stressed! I was disappointed that I was not able to buy the Toyota Yaris I had originally wanted, which apparently it's hard to get good second hand ones of. Overall I felt the service was sort of 'job done', and I felt processed, rather than receiving thoughtful service. I think some good female salespeople in their team would enhance their service.

I would prefer to deal with a sales person who can command the deal and not have to refer upwards when discussions about improved not the deal take place

As a loyal Toyota customer But a first time customer of burrows doncaster I am happy with my car but was disappointed with the after care I received for a fault on my car which was there when I bought it

generally good service. polite staff. confusion over agreement after sale agreed. agreed to replace 2 tires as very worn. initially only one done, and had to check myself and arrange second to be replaced as this was not done. also agreed to squeaking door to be oiled which was not done. generally satisfied, although cynically I wonder if the changes above were initially omitted to save cost.
