“An excellent seller of an equally good product - except that here I am, almost two weeks after I bought the item and it still isn't in my hands. Ok, I guess that it's Royal Mail who are causing the problem rather than Burnhills (or so I understand) but even so, perhaps Burnhills should have kept closer tabs on the parcel so that they could see, at a glance, whether it had been delivered or if it had been held up in transit. So I currently have a totally useless wheelbarrow - and no wheel. And now I'll have to ask Burnhills to send another one - and then wait for a further 3-4 days, I guess. Not good.”

“Fantastic customer service from the lady who I spoke to on the phone. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and did exactly what she said she would in finding me a delivery date that suited me and passing on my requests to the delivery driver. . And also from the delivery driver who did exactly what had had been added to my order, which was to bring the delivery to my back door (the front door doesn’t open), and then he carried the items into my hall as I broke my hip a few months ago and can’t lift things in to the house myself just now. Thank you very much to both.”
