“Very poor both item and customer service, I purchased this food to feed the wildfowl from my narrowboat, nowhere either on the bag or website does it say that these pellets do not float, therefore when you feed the ducks and swans the food sinks before they can eat it. I have wrote an email to Burnhills but so far no reply, do not buy or use this company”
