“You went 'beyond the call of duty' for me. A date was decided upon for delivery, a sudden emergency raised its ugly head, and you 'bent over backwards' to change the arrangements. “I bought the 10kg hay as it’s got good reviews, but when I used it, it gave me asthma attacks for some reason. I contacted Burnhills & they said it wasn’t particularly dusty and not mouldy looking or smelling, which I agreed on, but still there was something causing it. I asked for a refund & collection, letting them know how much is used, but they gave me a full refund anyway which I was very pleased with. Just wish I could find out what affected me as I don’t get asthma! Great customer service, thank you, but unfortunately I won’t be buying again”
