“Two fussy greyhound lurchers, they refused to eat any of the expensive kibble, they both love Burnhills greyhound food , we mix it with cooked meat rice and veg”

“I bought the 10kg hay as it’s got good reviews, but when I used it, it gave me asthma attacks for some reason. I contacted Burnhills & they said it wasn’t particularly dusty and not mouldy looking or smelling, which I agreed on, but still there was something causing it. I asked for a refund & collection, letting them know how much is used, but they gave me a full refund anyway which I was very pleased with. Just wish I could find out what affected me as I don’t get asthma! Great customer service, thank you, but unfortunately I won’t be buying again”

“Ordered Mr Johnson’s supreme guinea pig food for the first time as our usual provider had run out. We had a bit of a wobble as the packers misread the order and sent us rabbit food instead, but this was sorted quickly for us and dad delivered the guineapig food the next day and uplifted the rabbit food to return it with no hassles. The guinea pigs have let us know how much they loved the new bag of food with much purring and snuffling. We have ordered from the same company for awhile and didn’t realise there would be any difference between companies but Burnhills bags seemed to be far fresher with the ingredients looking more colourful, smelling more fresh, and looking better in general. We will be buying from Burnhills from now on. Highly recommended.”
