“Product exactly as stated though unfortunately my mare didn't like the bit. Health and Safety wouldn't allow for a refund after one use but how you are supposed to see if it's ok without trying it out, I don't know? The delivery was quick and would have been exceptionally pleased should my mare have taken to it. Shame, lovely bit.”

“Next day delivery was promised from DPD. No sign next day. Following day delivery to wrong address. Next day no delivery. Next day no notification but delivered 5pm. I spent 3 days chasing the package and hovering around my home awaiting information. Very good wheelbarrow, abysmal delivery service.”
