“Product is good, delivery charge is steep, I needed to try some food and the cost of delivery was almost more than one bag of food. Could be a big issue if I continue to trade with them.”

“Absolutely brilliant. Hat was despatched next day and they even offered to help when the delivery company failed. Can't ask for better customer service. Hay is green and smells delicious, my rabbits are going crazy for it!”

“Why can't I rate it as excellent! Delighted to find this company, was merrily paying much more to buy guinea pig food from Amazon, then they bungled the order and I had a search around and found Burnhills. Order £7.00 a bag cheaper, order arrived within 36 hours, great tracking service, even though food is from same company as previous purchases, it actually looks better quality!.....that's how impressed I am”

“Excellent prices and service, delivered promptly. However the product wasn't protected inside it's cardboard box and the bag was damaged with some of the contents missing. A little bubble wrap would cure the problem! Other than that I'm a happy customer who would use you again.”

“Very good service however wouldn't use dpd delivery if given an option. First parcel dpd marked as delivered and signed for which was incorrect. Burnhills quick to send a replacement.”
