“Always a cautious online purchaser having designed my window very easily using the excellent website I suddenly realised, just before the company were due to close for the weekend, that I had some questions. Got straight through on the phone. All questions regarding size of lead 'panes' required / delivery dates and etc. clearly and promptly answered. Excellent customer service.”
