“Used them before for windows, everything was perfect, delivered on time, decent quality, one of 4 windows was cracked but was replaced sharpish. Ordered 3 composite doors, was given delivery date on 16th November. Rung the 4 times!!! all 4 times was told they will double check and ring me back, obviously no one ever did!!! 22th already and no one can tell me what's happening... Losing my temper... will be official complaint... potential money back request!!! very annoyed! I cant find how to reply to my own review, so I would have to edit it... "Response from the owner 6 days ago Good Morning Mihail, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this missed delivery. We have been actively chasing this with our supplier who were slow to respond and we have issued our own complaint with them. We do fully understand that your order was through us though and it is regretful that this supplier issue has impacted our customer. I am pleased to see that you now have a revised delivery date for your doors. Please drop us an email to info@modernupvcwindows.co.uk for my attention once your doors are received, and I will be happy to discuss further. Kind Regards Katy Modern UPVC Windows" I will email you as well, but I want everyone here to see your company's attitude a approach towards the clients!!! As you have spotted, I was given new delivery date, without any apologies, explanations or excuses... And the date was yesterday!!!! Try to guess... nothing was delivered, no one contacted me or told me anything... It is already second time I had to take a day off to wait and pray for delivery, losing substantial amount of money!!! Same with fitters, who had to reschedule twice and now doors wont be installed before Christmas!!! Absolutely useless customer service!!! No care about the client!!! I wish you to have the same Marry and very cold Christmas!!!!”

“This site is very easy to use to design your door, and the company was kind enough to call and check everything was ok while I was waiting to confirm sizing before checking out, and had left things in the basket for a while. “Modern UPVC windows was the only site I could order the 3 options I required. Easy to use with clear instructions and the ability to see your specifications internally and externally. Lantern, sliding door and window were all designed and ordered in 30 minutes.”

“Quality product at a great price. Issue with wrong trims sent (double glazing trims don’t fit with triple glazing panels ), but new trims sent without question. Also new glazing panel replaced easily online when I broke one whilst installing, no drama and same great pricing. Overall, really happy with the look and most importantly draught free areas. Composite front door next……..”

“After much nagging, I decided to let hubby fit me a brand-new bathroom plus a window - ours must be 20 years old at least. There is a lot of competition out there for your business but eventually, I settled on Modern UPVC Windows. The website was easy to use, nicely laid out and everything you might need to think about is included in the ordering process so I felt in good hands. I will report back again once the window arrives!”
