“Excellent windows, excellent price. However, some of the descriptions were confusing - I think the website would benefit from a review. Very helpful staff.”

“Overall great service and product. The only issue we had was that the glass and window cover was delivered broken. Also, we just found out that one of the windows was 10mm shorter than what we ordered, which is annoying because we have to fill a quite large gap as they also recommend that we subtract 10mm from our final measurement. So overall we have to fill 20mm which doesn't look great.”

“The site is easy to navigate and there are plenty of options.I did however have some difficulty with the choose “openings” one as it kept referring back to the “glass” one. I now await the windows and door in anticipation!!”

“The Website was easy to navigate, used the bifold door builder to make bespoke doors to my specification. I was recommended modern UPVC windows by a relative who was very happy with theirs. Look forward to receiving them now.”

“Have used multiple times. Windows are great, sometimes the manufacturing quality is a little below what I would expect (e.g. brown touch-up spilt/smeared on internal white faces) and on both my previous orders, ancillary items have been missing or not as described. Email contact is variable, sometimes you get an answer, sometimes you dont. But on balance, the price is good, the overall product quality good and that's enough to keep me as a repeat customer. Delivery Drivers have always been great, friendly and willing to go that extra mile!”

“We have just placed our order so cant comment on the delivery or the product itself. However, we found the website to be very good, the instructions were clear and easy to follow and the ordering process itself was straightforward.”

“The order process is simple and straight-forward, with no hidden costs. My only gripe would be that you can't amend a product once it's been added to the basket. You have to delete it and start again if you make a mistake. I can't comment on the finished product as we haven't received the windows yet.”

Thank you very much for writing a review. You can indeed amend a product from your cart, by just clicking on it, it goes back into the designer where you can make changes. Even the overall dimensions can be changed by clicking the "Change" button on the overall width on top. Kind Regards, Michael.
