“With quite a complicated order there was a lot of intelligent cooperation, but while the self design aspect of the site was brilliant, some of the processes were a little glitchy, so it was useful that the telephone support worked well. All in all a process that worked well in the end, now looking forward to the delivery!”

“Couldn't find an edit option so each edit added a duplicate window. Needed to split my order over two cards, very quick response received to confirm free lock upgrade would be honoured despite not appearing once split into two. Very informative site about building reg requirements.”
