“Received frame, quality was poor the handle , the bolt system ,and receiving latches were all loose needed to tightened, the bottom of the frame was not level and when i offered the glass up to the frame it cracked in the corner for about 5 inches when we contacted their service department they did not want to know I am very disappointed, I have provided pictures once to now avail SO BUYER BEWARE”

Good Morning Roderick, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, which I have looked into. I can see that you reported your cracked glass to us on 26th August, to which we responded on the same day. As the crack was reported 10 days after your delivery, and post fitting we cannot offer a free of charge replacement, as per our clear terms and conditions. I am pleased to see that our Customer Services dept. did offer to help towards the cost of a new unit though. I am a little bemused by the rest of your review, as none of these other issues have ever been reported to us. Kind Regards Modern UPVC Windows

“I have purchased windows before from Modern upvc windows and found them to be excellent quality and relatively straightforward to install. The website is excellent and carefully took me through the various stages. j Judging by past performance these windows will replace the existing wooden ones quite effectively.”

“I have purchased Modern UPVC windows for every building project i have done on my own home for a few simple reasons Good quality Good prices Easy to use website, when wanting ideas or making the purchase. Great customer service when you phone to ask advice or place an order over the phone. Great communication after i made my purchase to inform me about delivery dates etc. i dont even get quotes from other companies now because i know Modern UPVC will 99% of the time give me a better price and i know 100% of the time the windows will be exactly what i ordered and be delivered on time. Thanks again Guys very very much appreciated :)”

“I have used Modern UPVC Windows several times now. The website is easy to use and help is only a phone call away. I had a problem once with a window that was supplied with the wrong size piece of glass. This was dealt with efficiently and without any problems. Highly recomended.”
