“What a well thought out and interactive website. East to navigate, build products and save projects. There are plenty of bigger companies that could learn from you!”

“Great company, no fuss, excellent service. Used in 2016 for the first time and is still the best. This time managed to buy a bifold door with approximately £300 less than any other company for the same if not better product.”

“Very simple to use website. Great to see price go up or down when adding different parts to the windows. Looking forward to getting them in 2-4 weeks! Also helpful that you can pay with paypal as can use paypal credit to make this more affordable.”

“No way to reply to Katy at Modern UPVC, but I suspect this firm already knows that! So below find copy of review and reply from Modern UPVc. My reply to Katy at Modern UPVC is Thank you Katy. I accept your offer. Please arrange asap. You have my contact details. Copy of review and reply: Beware, if the goods you receive are faulty, you are on your own because they just do not care. I have received from Modern UPVC a pretty looking external composite door that sadly doesn't work! Unfortunately despite my many attempts to have the issues resolved, Modern UPVC windows has done nothing at all. This is my experience and this is the only parameter I can go by to measure this company integrity and the quality of the goods they sell. No repeat business from me.” Posted 2 weeks ago Read Modern UPVC Windows Reviews Good Afternoon Adam, Thank you for your review, we did report this problem to the door supplier some time ago however they did not initially come back to us. I have raised a complaint with them. As per my email to you on 10/01, Solidor have now offered a site visit to come and resolve the problem with your door. If you can please respond then I will be happy to arrange this. Kind Regards Katy Modern UPVC Windows. Posted 2 hours ago”

“I have just completed my second order from Modern UPVC Windows. The first went well but one handle was crooked showing that care needs to be paid to quality control. The company does seem to be rather difficult to contact by phone as they don't show the number on the website (luckily I have it from an old receipt).”

“Ordered a window which arrived in poor condition. Could be a driver fault but two seals had rips in them and a few nicks out the window frame. Lots of scuffs and scratches most of which I managed to get out with a solvent cleaner . But the tears in the seal mean it will probably leak at some point both of which are on the outer ones . Had to fit the window as I didn't realize until installation. Gutted”
