“I must admit that I’m generally very happy with this company, but unfortunately they have let me down this time round! I ordered a door which was supplied with an incorrectly sized panel (mistakes happen), so I requested a replacement ASAP. You can imagine my frustration that nearly a week later they still haven’t dispatched the replacement panel. Not the best after sales service I’m afraid, especially as I can’t properly secure the property. If the replacement panel has been dispatched in a timely manner I wouldn’t have an issue and they would have got a 4/5 star review, but I really don’t think they have tried to resolve the issue quickly enough.”

“Great service and well priced windows. Unfortunately, one of the glass units cracked when fitting. When spoke to office, although not liable for this kind of break, helped with costs including reduced delivery cost. Really helpful staff members.”

“I recently needed to replace my old wooden front door and windows with modern uPVC ones, and I’m so glad I chose Modern uPVC Windows. Their website is incredibly user-friendly and easy to understand, even for someone like me without any professional knowledge. I was able to design my own doors and windows very quickly and effortlessly. Whenever I had any unclear areas, I simply called their support line and got immediate, helpful answers. Their customer service is top-notch. On top of that, their prices are tax-inclusive and very affordable—great value for the quality offered. The only small hiccup was that the website requires names longer than 10 letters, and my name is quite short. I called customer support, and they were already aware of this “name discrimination” issue. They kindly suggested adding “Mister” or “Mistress” to lengthen my name as a workaround. I truly hope they can fix this minor glitch soon, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!”

“We came across moden UPVC windows while searching the internet and being very dissapointed with the offerings and help for a DIY installer. No one seemed to want to help. However when I called MUW and spoke to Stella what all changed. Nothing was to much trouble, she was very helpful explaining the website and how best to navigate it to produce what I needed. She then suggested I visit the showroom to see the produce and ask any further question I had if I was still unsure. I visited the showroom on a Friday and met Pip, who was also most helpful in going through our requirements and explaining all the differnt options available and was very reasuring. We have now, subsequently, placed our order and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new door and panels.”

“Been using this site for a while now and had several jobs with this company. Really good service. The tools on the website are very practical and easy to get to grips with. If there's anything it thinks you may have done incorrectly it will give you a nudge. And the quality of the products are second to none. Will be ordering from this company for many years to come. The delivery drivers are extremely friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure that your delivery is well looked after and accounted for.”
