“I had a great deal of help from Pip in customer service who helped me through a difficult problem I encounterd when one of the double glazed units was damaged by my installer and I was left to sort the problem. She showed me that your company is not all about the bottom line but also about helping people when they find themselves in a difficult spot and need help and compassion, I cannot thank her enough.”

“Great service! Easy to use design website with lots of options which is exactly what I wanted as I'm picky! Also, great follow up customer service - I ordered different frame types by accident - they spotted it, called me and confirmed what I wanted over the phone. We also used up all the packers on one window and they kindly sent out more for us. The window is great quality and looks really well made. We fitted the window ourselves - the detailed instructions on their website were really helpful. I'll be using them again and again, as we have a lot of windows to replace, and I'll definetly be recommending them to friends.”

The website was extremely user-friendly, clear, and easy to navigate, with all the information I needed right at my fingertips. “The easist website to order double glazing from that I could find. One of, if not the cheapest I could find. Excellent quality product. Wanted to check the company out and so when I was up in Leicester on busienss made a detour and popped in. Small showroom but showed me everything I needed to see. What's not to like. Have now placed a second order and will be placing further orders.”
