“The website, information, design & purhasing tools are truly first class. The flexibilty of options and ease of use meant that we had no problems with specifying exactly what we required with confidence. We did want one option that is not provided by the design tool: we selected anthracite colour on the outside and white on the inside, so for our French doors we wanted black handles outside and white inside. However, our phone call to customer support was answered Immediately (brilliant!) and the person we spoke to was able to very quickly advise us how this can be achieved (need to buy extra set of handles for £20 and add a comment to the order). Finally, being able to give a What3words address to assist delivery means that we have a high expectation that the rest of the process will be as good as smooth as the ordering.”

“The ordering process was very straight forward. I rang up with a technical query which was answered straight away. Everything on the website was completely relevant to the design process, and the computer created illustrations of the design were excellent. Awaiting delivery now in a few weeks time.”

“Ordered a composig4e front door and side panel. Bit of misacommunication witht eh delivery driver but other than that everything great. Door looks a million dollars. Jusr ordered uvc patio doors for the same project. HOpe they look as good and arrive as quick!”
