“This is the third time that I have used Modern UPVC Windows. The website makes it extremely easy to specify and order exactly what is required without any annoying pop-ups or other distractions. The product appears to be high quality, and on the one occassion when I had a problem after installation the company was very attentive and helpful. Other on-line suppliers that I have looked at have less helpful web sites, a smaller range of product options and no price advantage.”

“Very easy to use and customise your window choice! It's really easy to see the cost of different items, so you can decide which level to upgrade items to and the associated U value. I upgrade all my windows form double to tripple as the cost difference was clearly shown and the change was small enough to easily absorb. Usually you would just get a "its more expensive and not needed" response, which hides the actual extra it will be.”

“Thi easy to navigate, I like the fact you can save your shopping cart and come back to it. One gripe is that when planning my build I used the site's calculator which didn't mention the need to allow 30mm for a door cil when explaining how to measure the space for the door. This would have been helpful to know.”

“Very happy with the customer service I have received. I had the wrong lock type in the door from what I ordered and the correct one was delivered just 2 days later after calling. I then needed to order just a couple of extenders (an oversight on my original order) and customer service (Tom Goddard) was able to sort out a much cheaper courier delivery for these parts upon request. Thank you very much.”
