“Discovered via google search, have placed order but have yet to receive the goods, so can only comment on ordering experience. Site has good information/instructions on how to measure and design your items. Good selection of products at what seems to be competitive prices...only time will tell if the goods are value for money.”

“The good, the bad and ugly..let us blame it all on Covid19. The good..the webpage, additional information,some customer support, the window profile and energy rating . The bad...Customer relations ....while some staffs are keen on good reputation and survival of the business, other staff are just out for whatever they can do to ruin it.The ugly....services; including responses, attention to details and after sales support...and this is coming from a customer with multiple order that is either delayed/ lost / damaged/incomplete delivery since Covid19 lockdown til now and next delivery would probably be in winter!!!!....like I said at the start, all excuses accepted based on Covid19 pandemic. Overall in terms of when the company get it right the products are of top quality!.it get your neighbours on trail of envy.”
