“The service for UPVC products was first rate. The website is easy to navigate, the products are good quality at reasonable cost. Delivery is efficient and the service support is excellent. I am less positive about the Bi-folding door offering. These are made by a different manufacturer who is only prepared to deal with Modern UPVC Windows. If an installation problem occurs, as it did with me, confusion and an absence of advice may result.”

“I have used this company several times and found the products to be good quality and well priced. There is some concern at the moment about lead times (8-9 weeks for anthracite frames) but this is probably due to the company having so much trade, which suggests they are doing something right.”

“Order was easy to place, with plenty of options to choose from (many competitors did not have all the same options). Spoke on the phone & email to clarify a couple of points, and they were very helpful. They could even send a sample of cill for me to check against, which arrived next day. Only down side, is the quoted delivery leadtimes, but due to current conditions (COVID), it's fully understandable.”

“Excellent range of products and competitive prices. They seem to have the best online ordering tools too - very straight forward to use. There’s definitely cheaper available but not with the same specs. Customer services are also very easy to deal with.”
