“I ordered a 3m sliding door from this website and I’m appalled at how this can be passed off to be fitted into a house . The noise that comes threw this window is outrageous. It’s like been sat outside . Not only that but the draft and amount of cold that come threw is shocking, you can literally feel the draft on your legs , the handles to open the door doesn’t fit properly and is all loose. I just can’t for the life of me understand how they’re able to sell these doors the energy efficiency is outrageous , I’ve tried to complain but been ignored. I wouldn’t buy anything g from this company ever again.”

Good Morning Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I have checked the communication between you and our Customer Services team between 12-14 November regarding this issue and I am pleased to see that you have been promptly responded to each time. Our last email to you on 14/11 outlaid advice from our Technical department. I can see that we are now awaiting a further video from you showing the acoustic issue more clearly, however this has not been sent to us yet. Of course, once received we will continue to look into this for you however from our perspective, this is still in the investigation stage and we are awaiting a video from you, which you indicated you were sending in your last email to us. I am sorry that you feel so negatively about this experience however at no time have you been ignored, nor have we indicated that we will not assist. It is a shame that you have left this review before affording us the opportunity to have a complete overview of the issue. Please send the video recording (with audio), and we can then look at sending an engineer to site to inspect the door if necessary. As this is a supply only product, we would need to ascertain if there is a potential manufacturing issue or possible installation issue, which cannot be out ruled as this is not a complaint we have received before. “Found the website easy to use and for someone near 80 years young thats important. Details of all various components came up when clicked on, including price, which made it easy to make an informed decision. I was unsure about one point so I rang the company and a lovely young lady called Stella sorted it for me, great.”

“Such an easy online ordering process with FANTASTIC instructions on each element of the door - which was extrememly useful as I had no understanding of all the different elements - cills, frame, etc etc. Further, beautiful doors with stylish and modern fittings (handles, locks, knockers etc). And I was bowled over by how inexpensive the installation service fee was, so I've booked that as well. Will be coming back to you in due course to replace all the windows in the house. Also spoke with one of your staff as I had one query and she was more than helpful. All round 10 out of 10. Wish everyone was like you!”

“Very good choice of Composite Doors, and it didn't take long to decide which one would suit our needs. We had all our windows and doors from Burbage windows 4 years ago, Except the front door, So now it's time to catch up. Very nice lady I spoke to with a couple of ponts to clear all done in a nice friendly way.”
