“Easy to use, intuitive website with supporting explanations for the layman made ordering more than I intended to very easy. The ability to add an extra item to an existing order was also a real bonus. Contacted customer care with an enquiry and service was as good as the website. Can.t really fault the process, teh price or teh service so whats not to love?”

“as a novice to the window world, and looking around online, this is by far the easiest & smoothest service i've seen. Videos on measuring and installation and instructions on up to date regs built into the website is great. only slight critisim would be if they had fitters throughout the UK, but understandable they are a supply only and i'm just been greedy. All in all 10/10, will definately be using again. Thanks, Jack”

“Hi Modern UPVC Windows people. I must be honest your website is very clear and easy to order Bi-folding (in my case) door. There are enough options for hardware, colors, etc. Also just before checkout, I spoke via phone with a nice lady who answered all my questions. Thank you”

“I found the staff at Modern Windows answering the telephones friendly helpful and well informed. As a first-time DIY buyer of UPVC window frames I was not particularly confident initially, and I wanted to buy a frame with a transom wide enough to accommodate a letterbox. After speaking to an advisor on the telephone, I was told how this could be done, and reassured about the frame measurements I had taken. The on-line window selector is intuitive and easy to use and the information and help pages are all very comprehensive and easy to understand. Thank you.”

“Outstanding website, simple to use and any changes you decide are instantly adjusted with prices on screen unlike other who want to call and "quote". we were quoted £4000+ for our patio doors by another firm yet modern UPVC did them for £1200... lovely choice of colours and the windows are made really well. will use again.”

“This review is for the website and ordering experience. Windows not yet received. I chose to go with Modern uPVC Windows largely due to their webite design and processes. I found the information about the product detailed and well-described. Information concerning measurements and options was very helpful so I knew I could order with confidence. The printable measuring sheet was a great bonus to ensure accuracy of information I supplied with the product order. Options for the windows themselves are comprehensive, allowing me to choose a uPVC window that would closely approximate the design of aluminium windows elsewhere on the property. I made a couple of calls to the company and got immediate and confidence-inspiring help. Overall (so far) a company I am happy to buy from.”
