“We were looking for pvc windows for a renovation project. Modern UPVC Windows had a good website that was clear to understand (compared to some other online companies) and offered a good price. We also had a technical question which they managed to answer (after two attempts) which I was satisfied with. So far the experience has been good. Now I await delivery of the end product.”

“Prompted for a review, but have only just ordered, only slight problem postcode checker auto fills wrong county! BH has been in Dorset for 50 years, but still shows Hampshire. Also my popup blocker prevents Capcha loading, there is no need for a capcha when placing order. This review would be better done after delivery and installation.”

“Excellend criteria process through from browsing to completion and payment. Very simply, other websites and competitors have too many options which make it confusing. Competitively priced. Mobile customer service very useful on colour advice. Are of improvement is lead time but understandable with current climate.”

“Order process was easy with the options, and warnings, clearly displayed. A negative point is that the length of the cill is not mentioned; On the graphic representation the cill appears to be flush with the frame. On enquiring I was told it protrudes 50mm each side...”
