“The online configuration tool was a pleasure to use, and the website well laid out and very easy to navigate. A confirmation email was received within a couple of days , so all good so far! Fingers crossed the windows will be as good as the purchasing experience. My only criticism is that it really would be nice to be able to contact the company easier. . All contact is encouraged to be via the website but there are times when that just isn’t helpful.”

“The best on-line double glazing site I've seen to date, and makes it simple to understand how to specify doors and windows. Competitively priced and clear guidance given if you stray outside of design parameters. There are a few querks however that could be improved upon such as - 1) being able to edit items already in cart instead of having to add modified item then delete old item. 2) being able to add name identifiers to doors, windows can already have name identifiers. 3) I noticed that when you go "back" to your cart using the browser back command, duplicate items are added to the cart mysteriously, eventually warning you of "too many items in cart" if you do this too frequently.”

“I've scored 4 because I have not had the products yet, nor have I had to contact customer services. As long as those experiences are positive, I would rate this business as a 5. Easy to use website, very friendly to navigate and select relevant options from a excellent selection. Having a mock-up of what products look like with the options was really helpful for me. I just hope the end product and delivery experience is as positive.”

“Easy website to navigate, Tailoring is easy too to with a good selection of glazing and window styles. You can easily stay within your budget as each time you make changes the price is displayed on screen. Delivery is expensive under £1000 this would be my only negative.”
